SHIPPING POLICY

US ORDERS

All US orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS) and can take anywhere from 2-5 business days from the date that it is shipped. This is just an estimated time frame and does not include weekends or holidays. ORDERS SHIP OUT MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY! (EXCEPT TUESDAYS)

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders
  • We are not the Postal Service and do not take responsibility for any delays during shipments.
  • To Ensure prompt delivery, We suggest selecting our 1 or 2 day Express shipping options available at checkout (this does not include Saturday delivery).
  • We are not responsible for any lost/misplaced packages. If this is to occur then you must open a claim with USPS directly.
  • All orders over $100+ will require a signature.
  • Please note: Any package may require signature if address is unable to be verified.
  • SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

US EXPRESS ORDERS

All Express orders are shipped via UPS and if placed before 3pm PST will ship out same day. If order is received after cutoff time, your order will ship the following business day. Please note, orders shipped out on Fridays will not resume transit until the following business day. 

  • All Express orders will require a signature, if you are not available at the time of the delivery to sign for your package, it may be held at a designated "Access point" given to you by UPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 All International orders are shipped using the DHL EXPRESS and can take anywhere from 3-10 business days from the date that it is shipped.

  • We are not liable for any customs fees you may have to pay

 

LOST/STOLEN ORDERS

Be sure to purchase Route Protection for your order so that you are covered in the case that your package has been lost, stolen or damaged. If you opt out of purchasing this protection, Vitamin Sea Swimwear is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. To exchange your product, you should mail your product to:

The customer will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item(s) over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service/purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
