Returns/Exchanges
At this moment, we do not accept returns; due to hygienic reasons, all items are FINAL SALE. If your item is damaged or defective please e-mail us at support@vitaminseamiami.com and we will address the issue there. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. All shipping charges are non-refundable. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO US WITHOUT EMAIL APPROVAL; ITEM WILL NOT GET SENT BACK TO YOU!
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS WITH DEODORANT STAINS OR ANY TYPE OF ODOR!!! This includes body sprays and perfumes. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We care about all our customers health & hygiene, Thank you for understanding.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately 'sale' items are FINAL SALE.
